Do I need a prescription?

Yes — cold compression therapy is FDA-regulated, so it requires a prescription whether insurance is involved or you're paying out of pocket. It's a quick step, and we'll help you get it from your doctor's office.

Does insurance cover this?

We don't bill insurance companies directly. Once your rental is finalized, we can provide an itemized receipt that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Should I rent or buy?

Buying a Game Ready unit with a wrap runs roughly $3,600. Most patients only need the system for a few weeks of recovery, which is why renting is the sensible call for most people. If you'd rather purchase, ask us and we'll connect you with our purchasing team.

When should I reserve?
